  1. Prepare the paper Place a sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor with one edge flush against a wall. Tape it down so it doesn't move.
  2. Stand on the paper Stand with your heel against the wall and your full weight on the paper. Mark the tip of your longest toe with a pen.
  3. Measure heel to toe Use a ruler to measure the distance from the wall edge to your toe mark in inches or centimeters.
  4. Repeat with the other foot Feet often differ slightly. Always use the longer measurement.
  5. Find your size Match your measurement to the chart above.
